Our rides are completely safe for children as per the appropriate age indication.  They do however need constant adult supervision.

Our rides require electricity in order to work, except for the Trains and track which operates with rechargable battery.

KIDDIE RIDES takes no responsibility, in the event of Electrical load shedding, and a cut-off of electricity supply. KIDDIE RIDES urge customers to examine load shedding schedules and ensure power supply before planning parties. 

If you use a generator each ride needs 616 Watts to work. So if you booked 3 rides you would need a 2KVA size generator.

Confirmed bookings can be cancelled anytime before the booking date.  No surcharges or fees are applicable to cancellations.

Our booking prices are as indicated online for each ride.  We generally have a single booking cost for weekend parties. We deliver Friday and collect Monday (unless you need it for the same day) for a single day booking price.

Transport cost are charged in addition to the hiring fees.  Costs are added on checkout and varies from area to area.

We unfortunately do not supply extension leads for the rides.  Customers are advised to ensure that they have a plug point available and their own extension lead(s) where necesary.

It is hereby acknowledged that the use of such rides may expose our guests or their children to certain risks and dangers. We hereby indemnify and hold KIDDIE RIDES harmless, blameless for any injury/ harm that may be sustained by the use of such rides irrespective of how such injury/ harm arises and irrespective of how such injury, harm or other type of loss may occur, including damage that any person might sustain as a result of the use of such rides. 

We confirm that we have provided the correct address details to KIDDIE RIDES.

Electrical load shedding: KIDDIE RIDES takes no responsibility, in the event of Electrical load shedding, and a cut-off of electricity supply. KIDDIE RIDES urge customers to examine load shedding schedules and ensure power supply before planning parties. 
 
Refund Policy: Refunds will be made per rental item in the event of it not working. KIDDIE RIDES is not liable for faulty extension leads. 
 
Note: No electrical extension leads or multi plugs are supplied by KIDDIE RIDES for any event. Customers are required to provide your own.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

How long we retain your data

What data breach procedures we have in place

Whilst we have taken precoutions against piracy and hacking by means of our SSL Certificate, we acknowledge the sophistication of modern day hacking tools.

We will do all in our power to mitigate this risk, but risk can unfortunately not be completely eliminated as a result.
